A sum up of the last few months, and the year.

For all you blog readers, grab a cup of coffee, sit back, kick your feet up and prepare for a long blog post. ;)

I am lying on my bed thinking about the craziness of November. At the beginning of November I started a Drivers Ed program that I really enjoyed, but with all the inclement weather we had, it was canceled one week. That pushed it on father into December. Along with Drivers Ed I managed to juggle 3 craft shows, school, music class, and a regular babysitting job which I love. For example: Monday music class, Tuesday drivers Ed, Wednesday free maybe, Thursday drivers Ed, Friday prep work for craft show and/or babysit and/or volunteer at the local hospital, Saturday craft show, and Sunday church. My poor introvert mommy has had to drive me all over the place and sit with me at craft shows, when she would have rather been at home, comfy in her small environment with not too many people.

Now for the first craft show:
This one was in town on a wet and cold day, with at least three other shows going on at the same time. I was placed in the back of the room with someone else whom we knew. This was very nice because it was kinda slow.  But on the bright side, I was able to sell a lot of stuff, which I was very happy about.

The second show was back at the same place a week later. This time it was an evening one with far more people and far less buying. I was not so pleased about that one.

As for the third show, it was another good day with quite a lot of sales and lots of happy smiling faces. It was out of town in a retirement home.

Now for drivers Ed: I enjoyed it, but I was ready for it to stop.  I have a lot to be thankful for in it. Most of my friends have gone with other programs and have not enjoyed them one bit. I had a teacher that was interesting, funny, and who kept things moving.

Well my big investments last year in my beading business, were banners for the craft shows, and a beading software called Bead Manager Pro.  It is fun to see my business grow.
