Diary of 5

I am seeing… the backs of four of my brother’s stuffed animals on the table.
I am hearing… the sound of the shower and my brother doing his spelling.
I am smelling… stew warming.
I have tasted… waffles.
I am feeling… warm and cosy.

I got this blog template from Diary of 5.  If you would like to participate, please visit the link.

The young maiden’s day book

Outside my window I see fluffy white snow.
I am thinking about beading.
I am thankful for being homeschooled.
I am wearing black pants and layered purple and blue top.
I am reading “Milly Molly Mandy” for fun.
I am creating a bead bracelet.
One of my Favorite things is beading.
For education this week I am doing the usual school work.
A keeper at home skill I am learning is cooking.
A spiritual lesson I’m learning is that God is in control.
A godly character trait I plan to work on is patience.
Scripture I am memorizing is Philippians 4:8.
I am praying for sick kids.
For the rest of the week I am doing school, beading, preparing for birthdays, and shopping.
A picture I’d like to share

I got this daybook idea from here.

My First Post

I am a blogger.  I'm a homeschooled daughter of a pastor.  My Mom blogs too.  Here is a link to her blog.
My hobby is beading jewelry. I make earrings, bracelets and necklaces. I like to buy my beads from Titan Beads.  They have a wide selection, good quality and wonderful customer service.
Some of my favorite beads are made abroad. They are colorful and different.
Here are some examples of my work.
This one is of beads which were hand-rolled and made by African women.
The pink necklace is formed from a mixture of Ugandan beads and seed beads. The seed beads are made in India. The rice-shaped beads were made in Uganda.
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
